What products will you grow this spring season?

For the spring and early summer season, we will be growing beets, cabbage, collards, carrots, eggplant, lettuce, kale, mustard, turnips, green onions, English peas. Potatoes, green beans, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, sweet corn, white onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, cantaloupes, radishes, peppers, southern peas, okra, spinach, rutabaga, butter beans, and watermelon.

We are in the midst of planning for the late summer and fall season, so we are not certain what we will be planning yet. Produce that you will likely find in your box includes greens such as arugula, collards, kales, lettuces, spinach, and Swiss chard; summer squashes and then winter varieties as we proceed into the season; and a whole range of things including beans, beets, broccoli, peppers, radishes, rutabaga, pumpkins, sweet corn, tomatoes, turnips, watermelon.
